If a client is charged twice for the same service, the duplicate payment will be refunded in full.
Full Refund EligibleIf a service is not delivered as per the agreed-upon scope and timelines, and no substantial progress has been made, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.
Partial/Full RefundIf a project is canceled by the client before any work has begun, a refund may be processed after deducting any applicable administrative or consultation fees.
Partial RefundTimeline: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the issue occurring. Requests submitted after this period may not be considered.
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
After the project has started or work has commenced
Delays caused by lack of communication or delayed response from the client's side
Services involving third-party tools or platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads) where costs have already been incurred
Custom chatbots, website development, or automation tools once the development phase has commenced
SEO, marketing, and promotional campaigns that are already executed or partially delivered
Once work has been initiated on a project, substantial time, resources, and expertise have been invested. Digital services cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, which is why refunds are not offered once work has begun.
